Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed on the same account from which you initiated the refund.

You should notify the company via e-mail (info@artisanvapor.pk) within three days of purchase if your item or package is damaged, faulty, or in any way defective to claim a successful exchange or a refund.

No money will be refunded for products returned without any manufacturing defect.

Please Note: Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Moreover, any additional handling and shipping costs would be the customer’s responsibility.
Exchange Policy
